Haldiram's Multigrain Chapati is made from a mixture of whole wheat flour (atta) and other grains such as millet, barley, oats, and flaxseeds. These grains are known for their high nutritional content, including fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The dough is kneaded with water and a pinch of salt until smooth and pliable. The chapatis are then rolled out into thin discs and cooked on a hot griddle or tawa with minimal oil or ghee until they puff up and develop golden brown spots.
