Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over $49.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat delivery fee of $8 applies to all orders under $49.

Delivery Slots
You can select your preferred delivery slot at checkout. Your order will be delivered according to the time slot you choose.

Once a delivery slot is confirmed for today, no additional items can be added to that order.

If your scheduled delivery is for tomorrow or a later date, we’ll be happy to help you add extra products to your order—please contact our support team for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. In case you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, or if you find any defect, our return and refund policy allow you to request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return and Refund Guidelines:
1)Fruits, Vegetables, Chilled Items, Meat & Seafood:

- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory for any return or refund.

- Clear photographic and videographic evidence must be provided to highlight the defect, damage, or quality issue with the product.

- Requests for a return or refund must be made within one day from the time of delivery.

2)Other Items:

- Returns or refunds must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

- Proof of purchase is required to process your request.

3)Proof is Mandatory:

To process any return or refund request, it is mandatory to provide valid proof, which must include the following:

- A receipt or order confirmation.

- Both photographic and videographic evidence clearly showing the defect, quality issue, or any problem with the product.

We value your feedback and greatly appreciate your assistance in returning products with defects, damage, or quality concerns. Your cooperation allows us to continually improve our products and services.

Refund Options

- For refunds exceeding $10, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.

- For refunds below $10, the amount will be credited as Waangoo reward points to the customer’s account. These reward points can be redeemed in future purchases.

Exchange Policy

- In cases where an exchange is required, we will take back the returned product and replace it with a new product of the same kind.
