Return and Refund Guidelines:
1)Fruits, Vegetables, Chilled Items, Meat & Seafood:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory for any return or refund.
- Clear photographic and videographic evidence must be provided to highlight the defect, damage, or quality issue with the product.
- Requests for a return or refund must be made within one day from the time of delivery.
2)Other Items:
- Returns or refunds must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required to process your request.
3)Proof is Mandatory:
To process any return or refund request, it is mandatory to provide valid proof, which must include the following:
- A receipt or order confirmation.
- Both photographic and videographic evidence clearly showing the defect, quality issue, or any problem with the product.

Refund Options
- For refunds exceeding $10, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
- For refunds below $10, the amount will be credited as Waangoo reward points to the customer’s account. These reward points can be redeemed in future purchases.
Exchange Policy
- In cases where an exchange is required, we will take back the returned product and replace it with a new product of the same kind.
