Our Redman Snow Skin Premixis a convenient way to make snow skin. Made in Singapore, it is a combinatino of icing sugar, glutinous rice flour, full cream milk powder and modified tapioca starch. Store in a cool, dry place.
An easy and great tasting way to make snow skin.
How to use: Mix premix with water. Add Redman shortening, flavourings and colouring to the mixture. Rest for 50 minutes, cut and mould into shape.
