Our Redman Snow Skin Premixis a convenient way to make snow skin. Made in Singapore, it is a combinatino of icing sugar, glutinous rice flour, full cream milk powder and modified tapioca starch. Store in a cool, dry place. An easy and great tasting way to make snow skin. This product is available in 1kg, 20kg, 500g and 5kg sizes.
How to use
Mix premix with water. Add Redman shortening, flavourings and colouring to the mixture. Rest for 50 minutes, cut and mould into shape.
