Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology, which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel. The inner layer is made up of 18/8 food grade stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. The middle layer consists of aluminium throughout the cookware, this ensures even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 magnetic stainless steel for induction compatibility.
The triply stainless steel tadka pan comes with riveted stainless steel handle which does not loosen up thus ensuring maximum durability.
