To ensure uniform cooking this kadai comes with a SAS bottom. The inner layer made from food safe, high quality, thick AISI 304 grade stainless steel for hygienic cooking and lasting duribility. A layer of encapsulated aluminium followed by an outer layer consisting of AISI 430 magnetic stainless steel that makes it induction compatible.
The mirror finish of the body stays bright, and looks as good as new even after years of use. It also makes the kadai easy to clean and hassle free. It comes with riveted handles thay stay cool to the touch.
